Jason is a Certified Bourbon Steward with the Stave and Thief Society and enjoys teaching the history and virtue of bourbon and whiskey as a Whiskey University Instructor.

Captain San Souci earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in short order at 30 classes on August 10th, 2022. With that degree Jason became a "Master Bourbon Taster" with the rank of Captain in the Bourbon Brigade.
