After savoring her first smoked old fashioned created with a special pecan syrup recipe made in San Antonio, Texas in 2018, began her quest where she became completely captivated with learning about whiskey and bourbon, a journey that continues to capture her attention like no other spirit. From its history, down to its distillation, Elsa has truly made it an adventure visiting various distilleries throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, and Texas.
